1.  What are your turnaround times? 

  • Orders will generally turnaround within 2-5 business days, but special orders may take longer.  We do offer a rush print service for a flat fee of $25 per order.

2.  What types of files do I need to send you, and how do I need to prepare them?

  • We can print from a variety of file formats, but we do prefer TIFF files saved in the Adobe RGB (1998) colour space.  We will also accept JPEG and PDF files.
  • Images should be at least 300 PPI (Pixels Per Inch) at 100% for highest print quality.
  • You could either email your images, use our upload link on the products page (up to 50MBs), or share a Dropbox with us (unlimited MBs).

3.  What should I expect for shipping costs?

  • We offer free delivery for orders more than $100 to Edmonton region addresses.
  • Shipping and handling fees will vary for all orders that need to be couriered.  Please contact us for an estimate.

4.  What is the largest print that you would be able to produce?

  • We are limited to a width of 44 inches and can print up to 600 inches in length.

5.  What kind of payment will you accept?

  • We will accept all major credit cards through Paypal (if you do not have a Paypal account, there is an option to sign in as a guest), cash, cheques and e-mail money transfers.
